Sustainable
It is clear that a solution, in order to be durables, must take into account the factors that led to the problem. Otherwise, the same causes will soon have the same effects, and anything that has been put in place may be pre-empted by forces that have not been suspected of nature.
This is particularly to be feared when it comes to unconscious forces, or mental dysfunctions which are considered normal. It is therefore an essential task of human ecogenetics to redefine a reference to normality – a reference to “naturality” – in order to facilitate the awareness of abnormality – of the unnatural nature – of the needs or behaviours that we find difficult to renounce.
N.B.: the term “normal” is understood here as “natural”, or “consistent with the genetic potential of man”. Not to be confused with “normal = conforms to the norm”, as the standard can significantly distance itself from natural configurations, hence from the genetic potential of the actors involved, and be harmful.
