An ever more efficient treatment of funds than palliative treatment. But what exactly does the term “efficiency” mean? In medicine, solutions aimed at preserving the environment will be more efficient if they go back to the root causes, as they will have uncovered the entire causal chain rather than taking immediate links.

Does the importance given to hygiene, for example, which is the cause of a huge waste of plastic in the large distribution, correspond to a reality? Is it not rather the manifestation of a mental dysfunction, of an obsessive tendency whose cause should be sought in educational errors, in social constraints, or even in psychophysiologiques disorders induced by environmental changes, such as excessive fragility in the face of microbes induced by an inappropriate lifestyle?
