Interactions
Reciprocal influence such as modification of a first system causes modification of the second system is called interaction, and modification of the second system also causes modification of the first system.
These include changes that humans may or may not voluntarily impose on the environment (forest clearing, desertification, road construction, CO2 emissions, chemical diffusion, food processing, etc.) and changes that are applied in return to the physical and psychological state of individuals (allergics, pathologies, malnutrition, stress, poisoning, changes in psychological structure, changes in behaviour, etc.).
On the one hand, spontaneous interactions, or natural interactions, similar to those that have always existed between species and their biotope, and on the other hand, interactions resulting from actions that are alien to the natural order, or artifacts, which only man can accomplish thanks to his cognitive superiority, actions that are often burdensome for the environment and for himself.
Interactions between a species and its environment are extremely complex. They are already in natural conditions and become inextricable when disturbance factors further sow disorder. The ecology tries to define the criteria inherent in the natural order of the living, not disturbed by the action of man, in order to better understand the mechanisms of degradation to which the various artifacts result.
Human ecogenetics is taking another step: it questions the origin and raison d’être of human behaviors that are at the root of ecological disorders. This origin can be found in the very functioning of human psychism, especially in certain dysfunctions, whose exact content and root causes are to be determined.
