The human environment

Definition of Little Robert: the environment includes all natural (physical, chemical, biological) and cultural (sociological) conditions in which living organisms (especially man) develop.

Unfortunately, traditional ecology has little interest in the influences exerted by the material and cultural environment on the psychic state of individuals, as well as those of this psychic state on anti-ecological behaviour and on the future of culture.

Human ecogenetics is intended to fill this gap. Faced with every recognizable mental dysfunction, it takes into account not only genetic determinism – innate tendencies against which there are other remedies than palliatives – but above all environmental determinism, both material and cultural. Each element likely to induce a pathogenic effect at the ecological or health level is subject to thorough examination, as well as the boomerang effects and vicious circles that it may trigger.

The root causes of ecological debacle are indeed in these complex interactions and must be highlighted if we are to change the course of history…
